It's that time again....How I love football season. I am not sure how to explain it but the my people that read this--they feel it too. I'm a summer girl for sure, but there is something to be said for fall. I love football--everything about it!! So tonight was the jamboree. It rained up until game time. I was very exciting until my 'other son' Evan got hurt.He took a terrible hit. He is the QB. That meant Chase took over as quarterback. It was a crazy game. We won by one in the last minute of the game. Chase did well ---considering his best bud was hurt. Evan, we love ya!!!
Life is not measured by the breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away!

Salt Springs
We are so lucky to have such wonderful, caring parents. John's parents--aka Meme and Poppy took the grandkids camping at the Elite campground in Salt Springs. We went over for a few days to visit. We had a great day. We got to play on the water, eat some good food and just hang out. Life is very busy so I really appreciate the moments when the only schedule is the setting sun. :) These are some highlights of our day! Enjoy! This one is our best yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Youngest nephew--Cole, He loves the boat.
Fourth of July Weekend
We were coming back from vacation on the 3th. We were not sure what the weather was going to do on Saturday. Since the 4th was on a Sunday, Keystone did all of it's festivities on Saturday. We decided to go to Keystone even though there was rain. We planned to meet Ryan and Celena and ride our bikes to the park! It was funny to see us 'roll up' to the fireworks with 9 of us on bikes--in the rain! It was a night that we will not forget! It was perfect!
On the 4th, Ryan and Celena picked us up and we headed to St.Augustine--once again, with our bikes :) We parked just outside of downtown and we pedaled our way to the waterfront. We got a wonderful table at the A1A Aleworks on the balcony. We might have stayed longer, but we were told that people reserve tables for $500 dollars!!!!!!!!!! There is also a 4 year waiting list. Is that not the craziest thing?!??!! I guess if you had money....... Anyway, we got our spot on the water and biked over the bridge--IN TRAFFIC, to go to the Conch House. Celena and I were so scared!! They have Reggae Sunday and it was lots of fun. I love to listen to live steel drums--so cool! We watched the fireworks and had an interesting time trying to get out of there. The four of us laughed and had a fabulous time. It was a perfect way to end the week.
