Spring Break....

It is the first evening of spring break. We do not have any grand plans this year. I need to do some projects around the house. We have ballgames at the beginning of the week plus Cait and Ty are still in school. So we can't do much. I'm looking forward to sleeping some, playing some and relaxing :). PLUS, I have tons of pictures to go through. More to come.....

The cracking of the bats.....

I really enjoy basketball. I love football too but when it comes to the end of the season, I am ready for the next sport. It was the first game after basketball and I was at the field.....I heard the crack of a bat and I smiled to myself and thought..I love that sound. It has so many good memories attached to it. I love being on the other side of the fence and watch Chase be this amazing athlete and know he belongs to me....its weird. There is nowhere I'd rather be than sitting on silver stand...sometimes drinking coffee in my cocoon( sleeping bag) and the next game wearing a tank with sweat drippin'........I LOVE BASEBALL ESPECIALLY #7

D got the best seat in the house. He enjoys keeping the book for the team. He and G are wonderful, loyal fans!!!

My Runners....2011

River Run 2011 was a chilly start. This was Caitlin's first year. I call her the 'gazelle'. Tyler was excited to beat his time from last year and John was just a happy/proud dad!!!

They were making their way to the start line...Cait spotted among all the people!
Caitlin ran 9.2 miles nonstop in 1 hour and 37 mins :)
Tyler and John ran nonstop and crossed the finish line in 1 hour and 52 mins!

She was hardly breathing hard....still looking beautiful!

I'm so proud of these guys!!!

I have been helping train kids for the Jr. River Run and the Triathlon. I took this picture of them while we were watching my "Little Mavericks"

Life

Life is busy and I have not had much time to update. Baseball season is in full swing. We have 2-3 games a week and that is just Chase. We do not even ONE free evening during the week...and that is okay. We take advantage of every free second that we can just relax with our kids at HOME...we love that. This past Saturday, WE ALL WERE HOME AND GOT TO SLEEP AND JUST HANG OUT...well do yard work but still.......It was SO nice!!!!! Baseball pictures to come very soon. I got some good ones!
