Brrrrrrr!!!

We wanted to take the kids somewhere fun over our Christmas break. I have been wanting to see this for a few years and when Celena went last year...I really wanted to go. We did not tell the kids where we were going. We did tell them that is was. not an amusement park so they would not be disappointed. Caitlin must have asked a million questions. Chase was wanting to know too. Here are a few of the guesses they made: A garden thingy (Cait), Land Rover shopping????? (Chase), Blue man Group (Ty), Hiking, Skydiving (Ty), wanted to know if Chase's shoe would get dirty? Finally, we arrived. They were excited. I knew what it was but I had NO IDEA of the detail and massive size of the sculptures. The pictures do not really show how awesome it was. EVERYTHING you see in these pictures are of ICE....truly massive, gigantic blocks of ICE! It was truly unbelievable. If you ever get the chance to go....DO IT! It is worth it.

This was the entrance and it was VERY tall overhead.
I know what an Eskimo feels like. The roof was ice as well.

This shows how big these piece were.
EVERYTHING was ice but the lights. When you are looking at it, you really forget that it is all ice.

Remember, this is all ICE!! So CRAZY!!! These pieces were SO HUGE!

This was a huge slide made of ice. It was so big. We all took a ride!

This picture was so cute of Chase,

The reindeer were so cool!
At this point, we were in 9 degree temperature for about 30 mins and the kids were ready to leave.
I loved walking through this tunnel! I know you are so tired of hearing this...but it was so neat!

This was a gorgeous angel that was at the entrance to the Nativity scene.
These were huge statues. This room was beautiful.

Our 3 nutcrackers!!
We walked around the resort and drank our hot chocolate!
This was still inside the hotel. It was in the Key West section. Tyler was being silly!

Me and my sweetie!!! I love him sooooooooooooooo!
